THE NATURE OF HANDMADE
Some products may have slight variations in design, color and size. This is a natural occurrence in handcrafted goods and one of the many reasons we love it so. Because of the handcrafted character of our treasures, no two designs will be exactly alike. Therefore, any inconsistencies in coloration, design or size should be regarded as unique rather than defective.


WHAT ABOUT THE CURRENCY AND METHODS OF PAYMENT?
All prices are listed in CANADIAN Dollars (CAD$). We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

IS MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFO SECURE ON YOUR SITE?
All orders processed on our website are securely settled through PayPal and Stripe for all credit card payments. As such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All KAMALI orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Our gift sets ship via Canada Post Regular Parcel for a flat rate of $15.00 for gif sets shipping in Canada, and a flat rate of $25.00 for gif sets shipping to the United States. For every other orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please allow at least 3 business days for delivery in Canada and at least 5 business days for delivery in the United States. Due to customs clearance which is beyond our control, orders shipped to the United States can take longer and any duties, fees or taxes are the recipients responsibility. If you are looking to ship outside of Canada or the United States, please email us with an address and we will be happy to get a shipping quote for you.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.


WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? DO YOU OFFER LOCAL HAND DELIVERY?
We are located in Montreal QC, Canada. We do offer hand delivery for rushed and larger orders limited to the island of Montreal. Do not hesitate to contact us for more details.


CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE?
Of course! We want to make sure that you receive your treasures within the window of your desired delivery date. If you need your order on or by a specific date, email us at info@kamalilifestyle.com and we will try our best to make it happen!


HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED AND WRAPPED?
All of our orders are packaged in sturdy, high quality, recycled kraft paper boxes made in Canada, filled with excelsior (wood shavings), and tied with ribbon and/or other accents. Note that we occasionally (beautifully) wrap glass and breakable items to protect them during transport.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your orders, all sales are final. We take great care to ensure that your treasures arrive to you looking great! If there has been damage to your item(s) during transport, please notify us at info@kamalilifestyle.com. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, any inconsistencies in coloration, design, or size will not be considered as damaged or defective.


MY ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN YOU MAKE SURE NOT TO INCLUDE ANY PACKING SLIP OR RECEIPT IN MY DELIVERY?
Of course. Let us know at checkout and we will make sure to not include hard copies of receipts and/or packing lists when requested.


CAN I ADD A PERSONALIZED NOTE?
You bet! Each KAMALI order includes a custom-designed Thank You note. For a more personal touch, simply provide us with your message at checkout and we'll handwrite it for you. If you prefer to write your own message, please let us know to include a blank card with your order. In case you place your order and miss adding the note, just send us an email with your note request and we'll make sure to add it!

CAN I USE YOUR IMAGES?
We are honored that you would like to feature our boutique on your blog, magazine or social media account. If you want to use our images, please email us info@kamalilifestyle.com first to let us know how our images will be used. We photograph 99% of all of our product images and product shots take a lot of time and effort. So please, do make sure to credit and link our images back to our website.
