Blueberries and lemon notes sing out from this coffee, making it a famous standout cup.

We Love: Berries and honey provide a bright, playful entry, with smooth center notes, and a lingering cocoa finish. Don't have an espresso machine? No worries. It will taste delicious when brewed in a french press. You will need a grinder as our coffee collection is available in whole beans ONLY.

What: Medium dark ground coffee
Weight: 454g – 1lb
Serving Tip: The standard measure for brewing coffee of proper strength is 2 level tbsp per 6-ounce cup or about 2 3/4 tablespoons per 8-ounce cup. Tricks like using less coffee and hotter water to extract more cups per pound tend to make for bitter brews.
This coffee comes from the Fero Co-op of the Sidama Coffee Farmers Union. The co-op has approximately 3000 member farmers. Coffee is the primary source of income for the people in Yrgalem. Fero Co-op farmers receive great prices for their coffee because it is considered among the best in the world.
